Young Living Single Essential Oils: Ledum, sandalwood (topical use only), helichrysum, myrtle, grapefruit, lemongrass, cypress (topical use only), tangerine, orange, rosemary.
Young Living Essential Oil Blends: Di-Gize, JuvaFlex, JuvaCleanse, EndoFlex, Thieves, Acceptance (topical use only), R.C. (topical use only), Aroma Life (topical use only), En-R-Gee, Citrus Fresh.
Essential Oil Applications
MASSAGE USING ESSENTIAL OILS: dilute 50-50 (equal portions of essential oil and carrier oil), massage 2-4 drops on sore lymph glands and under arms, 2-3 times daily
RAINDROP Technique weekly or as needed
COMPRESS, warm, over affected areas 1- 2 times daily Massage oils on sore spots with sensitive lymph glands.Then apply Cel-Lite Magic and grapefruit or cypress oil, which helps detoxify chemicals stored in body fat.
MASSAGE: Cel-Lite Magic Massage Oil
BATH: Morning Start Bath Gel
Dietary Supplementation: Super C, ImmuPro, Longevity Softgels, MultiGreens.
· 3 drops YL cypress essential oil**
· 1 drop YL orange essential oil**
· 2 drops YL grapefruit essential oil**
Mix in 1/2 gallon distilled water. Grade B maple syrup may be added. Drink at least two 8 oz. glasses daily.
Colon and liver cleanse: Cleansing Trio.

Even essential oils labeled as “organic”, “wildcrafted”, and “100% Pure” do NOT mean it is safe to take internally. If an essential oil IS SAFE for taking internally it WILL state on the label how to use the oil as a supplement – if it does not state such NEVER use it as a supplement because they could cause you harm due to their adulteration.
