Cooking with Young Living Essential Oils is one way we enjoy the benefits of our therapeutic-grade aromatherapy oils. I must remind you that you should not and CANNOT use essential oils sold on store shelves for cooking, they are adulterated and could cause great harm – therefore, I only recommend the Young Living brand for ingesting and cooking purposes.
