How to Use Ylang Ylang Essential Oil
For aromatherapy, dietary, or topical use.
Supplement: Dilute 1 drop Ylang Ylang in 4 fl. oz. of liquid such as goat or rice milk.
Topical: Mix 2-4 drops Ylang Ylang with 2 TBSP V-6 Massage Oil for a full body massage.*
Diffuse: Diffuse Ylang Ylang according to your diffusers instructions. Diffuse for 15 minutes a day up to 3 times a day.*
Aromatic Bath: In a bowl, mix 1 cup Epsom Salts or Sea Salt with 4 drops of Ylang Ylang, stir well, pour under running tap water, soak for 20 minutes.*
Perfume: Put one drop on pulse points, wrists, or neck.
